Sorry it has been so long since my last post. This world keeps us way too busy. But I am enjoying the time, teaching, preaching, and hanging out with my family. 

I am so excited going through the scriptures about Christ's church. We must understand His church and how He wants to build it. I am also humbled that He chose us to help Him build His church. Our theme for 2024 is "I Will Build My Church". We will be going through the scriptures to learn everything we can about the church. This week we discussed the MOST important question in the Bible . What a wonderful Christmas Eve! Two great times of getting together to worship our Lord and Savior and learn more about Him. Looking forward to week 3 of Advent. Last week we look at how Christ came. In Matthew 24 Jesus talks about His second coming.

Advent - Week 1

May we wait patiently and confidently that all God promised through Christ will be fulfilled. During this time of year, let us celebrate the first advent and all it brought us, but let us also begin to focus more on the second advent which leads to salvation and eternal life.

I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. As we gather with family and friends, let us not forget to thank our Heavenly Father for all of the wonderful blessings He has bestowed upon us of which the greatest is this - HE chose US - to be His children, to be His heirs, to be with Him in Glory forever.
